How to use the Editby Chat?

Let's imagine we have create an article but we want to add some elements, like - for instance - a paragraph, image alt text, infographics or more.

How we can do that? How we can interact with the article that we have created?

Let's see together what we can once we have created our article.

1. Open your article and click on "Ask Editby" button on the right

   

   
   

2. Now, you should be able to see a new window on the right of the platform. In this moment, the Editby is showing you some examples of questions and actions that you could ask for.
   For instance, you can ask to write a blog description for your blog post under 150 words. In this way, you are going to provide information to Google and your potential readers.

   

   
   

3. Let's see how we can create an article's description.

   Click on "Write a description for my blog post under 150 characters".
   Now, Editby is showing you three different descriptions that you can use inside your blogging platform.

   

   
   

4. Let's see now, how we can create Image Alt Text to optimize our blog images.
   In this case, I have only two images inside my blog post, so Editby is showing two Image Alt Text that I simply have to copy-paste in my blogging platform.

   

   
   

5. Let's see now, how we can create Article's FAQ to provide more information to Google's spiders about the main topics of our article. In this moment, our goal is to enter much more H2 elements as possible strictly related to the main topic of the article. Create a Article's FAQ is a great strategy to do this!
   Just click on "Create 5 FAQ questions and answers" button and that's it!

   

   
   

6. It is no mystery that readers are attracted by images. Reading is often defined as more enjoyable when accompanied by explanatory images. Not only that, it has been statistically found that the greatest number of people before starting to read an article, give a general look at the article. What matters, first and foremost, is the appearance of the article.
   This is why, Editby not only allows you to create images, but through the chat it supports content creators in identifying the graphic elements to focus on.

   

   
   

7. Our goal when we publish an article is to ensure that the greatest number of readers read it and read it in its entirety.
   The average reading time is one of the parameters with which Google evaluates the quality of an article. Consequently, the greater the average reading time, the greater the chances that our reader will get to the end of the article.

10. One of the tips that Editby gives us for using the chat is to make the sentences more concise and direct.
    Whenever we want to perform an action suggested by Editby, we just need to click on the button.

11. The options we have analyzed so far represent the suggestions for using the chat that Editby automatically makes available to us, but the chat is a general tool for interacting in all the ways we want with the article.
    In the example you can find in the image below, I have activated the online search so that Editby can collect and use the information available online to create a paragraph with which to recommend some platforms that can be used by the readers of the article for the creation of Thumbnails.

    

    
    

12. Editby's chat also allows us to insert new paragraphs or elements that we can obtain from an external source.
    For example, we might be interested in inserting a paragraph into an article relating to a piece of news that is explained very well in a YouTube video.
    At this point, we simply need to enter the link to the Youtube video and offer Editby a minimum of context. In the example that you can see in the image below, I inserted a video with information that interests me and asked Editby to create a paragraph that listed the platforms that users can use to create thumbnails in the most effective and fast way.
